Getting Started
What is Green Crypto Signals?
Green Crypto Signals is a crypto trading platform that provides automated trading through a bot that executes trades on your Binance account based on professionally developed strategies built with machine learning and validated through backtesting. It also sends real-time trading signals via push and email notifications.
How do I create an account?
Visit the app and sign up with your email address or use Google Sign-In. You'll need to verify your email before accessing the full app. Once verified, the Quick Setup wizard will guide you through the initial configuration.
Is it free to use?
Yes. The Seed plan is free and includes a limited number of trades per month, trade capital limits, and notification limits. Paid plans (Green, Pro, Unlimited) unlock higher limits and unlimited features.
What do I need to get started?
You need: (1) A Green Crypto Signals account, (2) A Binance account with API keys, (3) Funds in your Binance futures wallet. You can start with Binance Testnet to practice without real money.
Trading & Bot
How does the trading bot work?
The bot monitors the market 24/7 based on your selected strategy. It can be enabled or disabled and handles only one trade at a time, so avoid trading manually while the bot is active. When a trading signal is triggered (entry or exit), the bot automatically executes the trade on your Binance account via the API.
What is leverage and how does it work?
Leverage multiplies your position size. For example, 5x leverage means a $100 trade controls a $500 position. Available leverage options depend on the strategy (typically 1x, 2x, 5x). Higher leverage increases both potential profit and potential loss.
Can I change my strategy?
Yes. You can switch strategies at any time from the Trading page. If you have an open position, consider closing it before switching strategies.
Binance Integration
Is it safe to use my Binance API keys?
Yes. API keys are encrypted and stored securely on our servers. Only abbreviated versions are displayed in the app. We recommend creating API keys with trade-only permissions (no withdrawal access) for additional security. Your funds always remain on Binance.
What is test trading mode?
Binance offers a testnet environment where you can practice trading with virtual funds. If you connect testnet API keys, the app automatically detects this and operates in test mode. This is recommended for new users to familiarize themselves with the platform before investing real funds.
Signals & Notifications
What are trading signals?
Trading signals are alerts generated by the strategies indicating when to enter or exit a position. If you have the bot enabled, it acts on these signals automatically. If not, you can use the signals as guidance for manual trading on Binance.
Can I subscribe to signals without enabling the bot?
Yes. You can subscribe to signal notifications from any strategy independently of the trading bot. This lets you receive alerts and decide whether to act on them manually.

What are the subscription plans?
There are 4 tiers: Free, Green, Pro, and Unlimited. Each tier has different limits for trades per month, trade capital, email notifications, and push notifications.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change your subscription plan at any time from the Subscription page in the app.
