The Service is a tool that facilitates trading based on algorithmic strategies. It does not guarantee any specific trading outcome or profit.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency trading in your jurisdiction.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading or the use of this Service is prohibited.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration & Security

To access the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Maintain only one account per person.

5. Binance API Keys & Third-Party Integration

The Service connects to Binance through your API keys to execute trades. By providing your Binance API keys, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for creating, managing, and securing your Binance API keys.
• We strongly recommend configuring your API keys with trade-only permissions and disabling withdrawal permissions for security.
• Your API keys are encrypted and stored securely on our servers, but you acknowledge the inherent risks of sharing API credentials with any third-party service.
• Green Crypto Signals is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Binance, your relationship with Binance is governed by Binance's own terms of service.
• We are not responsible for any outages, changes, restrictions, or actions taken by Binance that may affect the Service or your trades.
• You are responsible for ensuring your Binance account remains in good standing and compliant with Binance's terms.

6. Subscription Plans & Payment

The Service offers different subscription tiers with varying features and limits:

• Free tier: Limited access to features and trading capabilities.
• Paid tiers: Extended features, higher trading limits, and additional strategies.

Billing & Renewal

• Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You are responsible for keeping your payment method valid and up to date

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, you will retain access until that date.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price changes. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes are subject to specific terms and conditions, may expire, and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time.

7. Trading Bot & Automated Trading

The trading bot is a core feature of the Service. By enabling the trading bot, you understand and agree that:

• The bot automatically executes trades on your Binance account based on the strategy signals you have selected.
• You are responsible for selecting your trading strategy, configuring leverage settings, and managing your risk parameters.
• You can enable or disable the trading bot and manually close open positions at any time.
• We do not guarantee the timing, price, or execution of any trade — market conditions, network latency, API rate limits, and exchange availability may all affect trade execution.
• The bot may not behave as expected during periods of extreme market volatility, exchange maintenance, or API disruptions.

8. No Financial Advice

The Service does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice.

• Trading strategies provided through the Service are algorithmic in nature and are not personal recommendations.
• Backtested performance data is provided for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as a prediction of future performance.

12. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

13. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, trading strategies, algorithms, software, designs, and related materials available through the Service are the exclusive property of Green Crypto Signals and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial trading purposes in accordance with these Terms.

15. Termination

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Non-payment of subscription fees.
• Extended period of account inactivity.

Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Effect of Termination

• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
• The trading bot will be deactivated, but any open positions on Binance will remain open — you are solely responsible for managing and closing any open positions after termination.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
